Grown in the incredibly rich, red volcanic soil near the base of Mt. Kenya, this lot hails from the Kianderi Factory. In previous years we've had the opportunity to visit the amazing Gachatha washing station and a few of the 1,100 farmers that make up the Gachatha factory. We purchased this AB lot from the week 14 out-turn from the Gachatha washing station.
This coffee truly delivers all the juicy, rich, candy-like sweetness we could hope for. The acidity is rounded and the body is clean and balanced, making this Kenyan a true treat for your morning cup!
