This new offering, pronounced "Shoal Wits", means "between the hills" in the indigenous Mam language from Guatemala. The cup is rich and balanced, accented with notes of ripe plum, red apple and English toffee.

Coffee Details
We are proud to partner once again with Luis Pedro and the Bella Vista Mill to bring you this delicious, new offering from Huehuetenango. This particular growing region is ruggedly steep and lush, filled with narrow valleys and sharp peaks- a remote landscape with endless potential for outstanding coffees. Most of Huehuetenango’s coffee producers descend from pre-Columbian civilizations and identify as Mam, Q’anjob’al, Chuj, Jakaltek, Tektik, Awakatek, Chalchitek, Akatek, and K’iche’. This particular lot is a blend of a handful of small producers, and we selected it for its sweetness, richness and balance.
